Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Instagram AI Agent (“the Service”), operated by Mirobid Usmonov. By creating an account you agree to them.

1. What the Service does

The Service connects to Instagram professional accounts you own or manage and lets you: reply automatically to direct messages and comments using rules you define, hide or delete comments, and schedule posts, reels and stories.

2. What you need

  • An Instagram professional account (business or creator).
  • The authority to act for that account. If it belongs to a client or employer, you confirm you are permitted to connect it.
  • An accurate email address you control.

3. Acceptable use

You must not use the Service to:

  • Send unsolicited messages. Instagram permits replies only within 24 hours of a person messaging you first; attempting to work around this is a breach of these terms and of Meta’s policies.
  • Impersonate another person or business, or automate replies in a way designed to make people believe they are speaking to a human when they are not.
  • Send spam, scams, malware, or content that is illegal, harassing, or infringes someone else’s rights.
  • Collect data about people for purposes they did not agree to.
  • Circumvent rate limits, share credentials, or attempt to access other customers’ data.

You must also comply with the Instagram Terms of Use and Meta Platform Terms. If Meta restricts or removes your account, the Service cannot restore it.

4. Automated replies are your responsibility

You write the rules; the Service executes them. You are responsible for what your automation says, including any prices, promises or advice it gives. We add a notice that replies are automated, but that does not transfer responsibility for the content to us.

5. Availability

We aim to keep the Service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service depends on the Instagram API, which Meta may change, restrict or take offline at any time. Such changes may reduce or remove functionality, and that is outside our control.

6. Your data

Your data remains yours. How we handle it is described in the Privacy Policy. You can export or delete it at any time.

7. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend an account that breaches section 3, that puts the Service or other customers at risk, or that Meta requires us to disable. Where practical we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix it.

8. Liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost followers, or loss caused by Instagram API changes, account restrictions imposed by Meta, or automation behaving as you configured it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you we will give notice by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the new terms.
