Data Deletion

You can remove your data from Instagram AI Agent at any time. There are two ways, and both result in the same deletion.

Option 1 — From Instagram

Open Instagram and go to Settings and privacy → Apps and websites, find Mirobid Social Tools, and choose Remove.

Instagram notifies us automatically. We immediately discard the access token and delete the stored data for that account, then return a confirmation code you can use to check the status.

Option 2 — Email us

Write to usmonovm007@gmail.com from the address on your account, or include your Instagram username. We complete the deletion within 7 days and confirm by email.

What gets deleted

• The stored Instagram access token — immediately.
• The connected account record: username, profile details, follower and media counts.
• All conversations and message content we stored for that account.
• Contacts, tags and notes about people who messaged you.
• Comment rules, automation flows and scheduled posts.
• Webhook events received for that account.

What we keep, and why

• Deletion records — the confirmation code, the account identifier and the date. We keep these so we can prove a request was honoured. They contain no message content.
• Operational logs — for up to 30 days, then removed on the normal schedule. These record that a request happened, not what it said.

Deleting your data here does not delete anything on Instagram itself. Your posts, comments and messages remain in your Instagram account.

Checking the status

If you deleted through Instagram, you received a confirmation code. Open /data-deletion/status/<code> to see whether the request completed.

Deleting your whole account

Removing an Instagram connection leaves your Instagram AI Agent login in place. To remove that too, open your dashboard settings and choose Delete account, or email us. This erases your email, name, password hash, workspace and every connected account.
